User/Pass Reset for Dealer Training Videos

Frequency: as requested by our clients

Some users of our online training course DealerTrainingVideos.com (DTV) may need to have their username and password reset. Those requesting a reset will need to provide you with their first and last name. If a match is found on the DTV members list visit the DTV admin page and set them up a new account by completing the ‘Add New User’ form. Enter:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email
• User ID (first name last name in all lowercase)
• Password (last initial first initial and the time of the reset)
• Click ‘Add New’ button
• Email user with their new info using the DTV reset email template

Example: Jason Spry emails you to reset his login & password. After verifying his name on the members list, enter the following info into the new user form…

• First Name: John
• Last Name: Doe
• Email : johndoe@email.com
• User ID: johndoe
• Password: dj615pm

In the event someones name does not match a name on the DTV members list, email us using the DTV NNV email template.
